I don't know where to write my question, cuz it isn't related to the forum... So, as you know I'll go to Placebo's concert here in Mexico next September 30th and I've been so anxious about it since I bought the ticket (I think I should be happy, but mostly, I feel anxiety ) Why? Cuz as you know (also) this will be my very first Placebo's gig so I'm pretty excited yes, but also, I'm not going to deny that I want to be I must be in the front row (yeah, Molko's side) and well... cuz my stupid depression about my very stupid personal problems and also the thing about my age (sorry if I keep mentioning it), I feel hopeless... cuz there's so many things I want to do in order to be there, in the very front row and I know, I'm pretty sure that if I can't get it, I'm not going to enjoy the show at all... STUPID ME!

The thing is also that I recently registered myself in the Official Forum for Mexico, and there's a lot of kind people there, but also, I'm not going to hide it, the atmosphere btw fans is far different from PFWW for example... So, sometimes I feel hopeless cuz I think they're a real tight comunity you know and they're not gonna allow me to enter... and well, all those things I've said result cuz I really don't know what to do... today, the administrator of the forum told us that if we're planning to spend the night outside the venue "at least" one day in advance, we can secure our place in the first row... and I feel like cryin' cuz for that time I will be doing a lot of corporate audit here in my job and I can't spend the night (also I'm kinda afraid cuz is Mexico City you know? but hell, I'll do anything for my beloved Placebo...). Anyways... I just don't know what to do...

Gosh I know is stupid really! But I've been torturing myself since I knew about the concert for Christ's sake! That's not life!

Aww, I can totally relate to that.
I know what it's like wanting (having!) to be at the front and as close as possible, luckily in England that doesn't usually mean camping overnight. If I was you I would just go as early as possible in the morning..you will probably make a lot of friends in the queue! and it will be safer, we need you back safely and as for the community thing, I don't see how anyone could possibly dislike you!
I would say take things like sweets and drinks to the queue with you and offer them around, that's always good for "getting in" with people and it will show you care about the other people waiting. And when you get in there, even if you start out in the second or third row you usually end up at the front anyway when everyone pushes forward. I believe you can do it you'll have a fabulous time, and I really don't think age is an issue!

Yeah, we were so desperate to get on the barrier! And Rosie did finally get close (which she deserved because not only did she show up really early, but she let me in front of her).. so karma came back and let her do that.
So i suggest be kind to people, which we know you don't find hard honey!
